Dawn Proffitt

Dawn Proffitt is 15 and a sophomore at Wayne High School in Huber Heights. This is her 11th year at Dance Expressions Dance Studio. Her favorite style of dance is contemporary.

Dawn has been a member of the Junior Expressions Classic team since 7th grade and Captain of the team her 8th grade and freshman years. She is excited to be a member of the Junior Elite and Senior Expressions teams this year! Dawn has been a soloist since 2022 and has won several awards, but one of her favorites was winning the coveted PAC Attack Award at Precision Arts Competition.

When Dawn isn't dancing at the studio, she enjoys dancing in the kitchen, listening to music, reading, hanging out with friends, and going for walks. She hopes to one day be a mentor to younger dancers and help with younger classes.

Dawn would like to thank her family and all of the Dance Expressions teachers and coaches for supporting and encouraging her growth.
